I find myself in a predicament.
While Atobe made a valid point that professional athletes must look the part - I just realised that I have absolutely no idea how to model anything. Actually, I have no knowledge of fashion in the slightest.
This may be a problem.
Does anyone have any data that may be useful on this subject?

If I remember correctly I think you played pretty well and it wasn't boring. But if you feel that having a better appearance will help you reach your goal then you should go for it.

Most people only remember me losing or being carried off the courts in a stretcher at nationals. Most commonly, they remember the juices and the rumours that went along with them.
...it was nice to be thought of as not boring. Thank you. I will attempt to improve my image. Hopefully it will work.

Please take what I'm about to say as advice because that's my intention.
While your image is important I also feel that you should have more confidence in yourself. Until now you have only talked about yourself in a negative way. Have some more confidence in yourself and you will see that things will change. Think like a winner. Not a loser~

There are those much better than I am. More talented than I am. This is a fact. No matter how good one can be, no matter how hard they have tried - there is always someone who was born with natural talent that has decided to work hard and they will always be better as a baseline.
The difference lies simply in who will produce better results on the day. I have yet to produce results that garner positive attention. I am determined to produce positive ones, however.
...does this mentality lead you to believe I will always lose? Is my mentality my largest issue in overcoming my shortcomings?
