004: All nighters

It seems I'll be up most of the night analysing the data from the semifinals matches. Shiratai is in good shape for basketball and I haven't heard the results of how tennis went yet, but I do have someone there taking video data for me. Hopefully there will be a positive result as everyone has been training diligently.


I'll analyse all your data tonight and give you a call. I heard that celebrations were happening for the team's win, so I left to check on tennis. In any case, I think we can make a few final tweaks before finals. If you're not busy, that is. Also drop by before you head to your dorm to pick up tonight's dinner - it's stir fry.

There's plenty. There's even some meat in it so I can get Genichirou to start eating more vegetables along with the many, many poor cows he consumes on a weekly basis >//____//>;;; So bonus for you and I, senpai.

You're not playing for your university yet?

I'm not playing for my university at all, Hirokaba-san. I decided after training camp that I'd be better off helping a variety of athletes and putting my data to good use.

Originally I wanted to play for my university to see if I could find a doubles partner. However, the doubles partner I found happens to go to a different university. So we now play in an outside club together instead.

Rather than doubling up on practice, I thought I'd use my skills to help athletes from the clubs at my university achieve their fitness and body conditioning goals. It also helps me have a wide variety of case studies for my assessments. I'm on an academic scholarship, after all.

Why, did you wish to play tennis with me, Hirokaba-san?

Definitely. I know I haven't really given my opinion on tennis too much on anything other than physical conditioning but if you'd like detailed and in depth analysis that I used to run for Seigaku regularly, let me know and I can produce some more detailed reports as well.
